I am now working with someone who has a very poor 'Mind's Eye' needed when listening to instructions, or when reading. My Prosodic Learning Theory for learning concerns (1a) Thought so English learners can read fluently-and with comprehension of ideas. (b) Working memory so ideas can be remembered and organised and ( c) Ideation, so ideas can be imagined in ones Minds Eye. Professor Zeman of Exeter University has provided me with an assessment, and already on my first test on one of my students, I have discovered that this student has trouble visualizing when reading, !
